The main driver must be at least 21 years old and must have held a valid driving licence for at least three years. Your licence must be valid for the vehicle you are renting and for driving in Bonaire.

Accepted Answer

You need a valid driving licence that is accepted for use in Bonaire. An international driving permit may also be required depending on your licence and legal requirements.

Can someone else drive the rental car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but every driver must be approved by Serenum Rentals and listed as an Authorized Driver on the Rental Agreement before driving the vehicle.
An additional driver costs USD 3 per day.

When is my reservation confirmed?

Accepted Answer

A quotation or price estimate does not guarantee that a vehicle is reserved. Your booking is confirmed once Serenum Rentals has accepted the reservation and issued a booking confirmation.

Can I change my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request changes to your rental dates, vehicle category, rental period or collection time. Changes depend on vehicle availability and must be approved by Serenum Rentals in writing. A price adjustment may apply.
